Student Hackathon

Oct. 30-31, 2026: Hanover, New Hampshire

The AI at 70 Student Hackathon brings together students from Dartmouth and other institutions to build, prototype, and present solutions at the intersection of AI and human judgment. Sponsored by Anthropic and organized by the Dartmouth AI Club.

Teams have 24 hours to build a working project that takes on the conference’s central questions: Where does AI genuinely improve human decision-making? And where must judgment remain human? Judges will weigh the thinking behind each project as heavily as the prototype itself, including who it serves, what could go wrong, and how it supports people’s decisions rather than making them.
